6 Foundation Mistakes you are Probably Making That Needs a STOP RIGHT NOW!!!

I bet most of us can't apply our blush the right way...

I will do a post on that soonest....

So today,am doing a post on make up foundation mistakes we ladies make...Enjoy!!!

No 1 Mistake: Using a Powdery Foundation

Foundation mistakes - powder foundation
If you are currently using this above?...pleaseeeeee ditch it NOW!!! The reason is that powder foundations don't give you the best finish.
Powders are drying, tend to cake and can even accentuate wrinkles because they settle into the creases. Some of the ones with shimmer in them can even make your pores look larger—horrifying!.
NO 2 Mistake: Testing Your Foundation on your Jaw
foundation on jaw
Yes, everybody tells you to do this but I have some breaking news: you should actually test your foundation in three spots: underneath the eyes, on/around the nose and at the cheek/jawline. Do it all on one side of your face so you can compare with the no-makeup side.
The perfect shade should pretty much disappear into your skin—but if in doubt, go slightly darker, not lighter. A slightly darker shade covers flaws A LOT better and will warm up your skin tone.
No 3 Mistake: Applying Foundation With Your Fingers or sponge.(am guilty of this one ooo...LOL)
Use a foundation brush for foundation application.
The reason foundation brushes are superior is because they use far, far less product and are also ACE at blending—and that means a smoother, more natural, less cakey application
Sponges are okay...but the problem is that they waste a lot of product. Plus, they tend to be better at dabbing on areas where you need more coverage instead of creating a smooth, even application.
When looking for a foundation brush, make sure it's synthetic, not animal hair (you should never use animal hair with liquids). And it's a pain in the bum, but you also have to wash it regularly with either a makeup brush cleaner or a gentle baby shampoo.
A foundation brush should look like this ones below:

No 4 Mistake: Applying Foundation all over the faceliquid foundation
The purpose of foundation is not, in fact, to cover up every square inch of your face—it's really only supposed to be used on the areas where you need it. Think: the redness around your nose/chin, the darkness underneath your eyes, the random rogue blemishes that you've been fighting by night but need to conceal by day.
Blend everything really well using your aforementioned foundation brush, and if you've selected the right shade, it should look seamless. (If you need more coverage, we're talking about concealer next...

woman applying concealer
Okay, this one is bad. Very, very bad.
Honestly though—what's the point of applying concealer if you're just going to blend it all away by putting foundation on top? So remember: foundation first, then concealer. Go in with a brush to dab it (a cream, not liquid) on top only where you need it. Then blend!
Alright lovers, this is what I have on make up for y'all today

EXPOSED!!! MEET THE LATEST FEMALE SCAMMER PARADING HERSELF AS CUSTOMS OFFICIAL

These are screenshots from her Facebook profile.  Name:Agbor Chidinma Age:27 years(born on 15th November, 1989. She parades herself as a custom official who has worked for over 5years with customs. But how she and her cohorts have managed to carry out nefarious activities and dwindling innocent Nigerians of their hard earned money baffles me.  They post online adverts on facebook with robust claims about car auctioning (impounded cars seized by customs). The prices are ridiculously low thus Innocent Nigerian Citizens who are having difficulty surviving and need cheaper alternatives fall prey to their cheap scam.  Recently, they duped someone of millions of naira and the last one that broke the camel's back is their last transaction with promises that the cars will arrive with complete papers. The victim in tears narrated her own side of the story at the police command in Owerri and it was evident she was scammed of a huge sum of money.  This i...
