The Borno State Police Command has revealed that it has uncovered a total of 147 bombs in Auno village in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State. Speaking to newsmen during a press conference in Maiduguri on Tuesday, the Borno State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Clement Adoda, said the bombs were uncovered at a location of about 27 kilometers from the Maiduguri, the Borno state capital. He said, “I am glad that at about 9am on Sunday, 147 unexploded cluster ordinances were recovered at about two kilometers away from Auno village, near Jakana, Konduga Local Government Area of Borno state.” Adoda added that a combined team of bomb disposal unit, policemen and troops, attached to Jakana general area, led by Capt. Daniel Yakubu, sighted the explosives, recovered and destroyed them in good time without injuries or damages to lives and property. While doctors have long advised not drinking while pregnant now chief medics say that a woman should give up drinking while trying to conceive PA Women trying to get ­pregnant and those in the first three months are advised to cut out all alcohol in guidance given today. Previous advice was they could have two or fewer units up to twice a week. But the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has revised its guide over fears drinking can raise the risk of miscarriage, lead to growth problems and cause premature labour. A Chinese farmer says he was inundated with cash offers for a pig born with a human face and a  penis on its forehead  after photos of the newborn ‘mutant’ went viral. The mutant pig, not the farmer, is pictured. Friends and neighbors of farmer Tao Lu (not pictured) rushed to his property in Yanan township in the city of Nanning, China, after news of the deformed pig spread. We may conclude from this that Netflix and other forms of modern entertainment are not yet available in that area. One of the last to be born in a litter of 19, the little piglet was described by witnesses as having a human face and a penis on its forehead, primarily because it looks like it has a human face and a little wanger on its forehead. The man had met her in Jaipur and offered to act as her tour guide, according to police inspector general D.C. Jain. The man later took the woman on his motorcycle to a farming village outside the city in Rajasthan state, where he raped her on the side of the road before leaving her, Jain said. Villagers who heard the woman crying helped her contact police. A medical examination confirmed the woman had been raped. Over 26,000 civil servants in Katsina State will enjoy the telephone Free Access Programme introduced into the state as national telecoms carrier, Globacom, and the state government partnered to enhance access to telecommunications. Speaking at the unveiling of the project, Katsina State Governor, Ibrahim Shema, applauded Globacom’s efforts and enjoined citizens of the state to utilise the service effectively. He said the government and the people of Katsina appreciated the good quality of service provided by Globacom in the state, adding that this was why most telecoms subscribers in the state were on the Globacom network.
