Vegetable Noodles....My experience!!!

I was somewhere in port Harcourt City for a wedding and after all the buzz,drinks,small chops,i totally forgot I was yet to have a decent meal...Not like there wasn't any food @ the wedding ooo...There was plenty of it..from party jollof rice,fried rice,white rice with chicken sauce,peppered chicken,beef,fried fish, eba,wheat,fufu,egusi soup,afang soup to customised fresh fruit juice...

But please ask me why I no chop?....you guys needed to see the long queue..Infact the queue was endless and I was wearing a 6 inches heel. I just kukuma respect myself siddon ooo...I hate this buffet thingy sha, 'cos not everyone will be bold enough to queue for food...Someone like me who  is not even a "rice fan" would have preferred wheat and afang...But how I wan even shape my mouth dey chop the food if say I stand for queue collect am?..choi, u guys no go understand ooo.Am shy like that at times..lmao

So I came back to my "room" so tired and of course hungry...Managed to take a warm shower..Thank God for the "heater" ..So I lied down,pinged with few friends on bbm whilst watching "African Magic"...Trust "Chinwetalu Agu" with his signature slangs...I laughed so hard...Did I forget to add that I gulped two cans of "energy drink" before I finally dozed off?

I woke up "officially " around 8:45am...my tommy was mumbling and ranting...I felt so tepid.I thought about breakfast....I was so clueless to what I was gonna eat..I stared hard @ the room intercom..."Should I forward a call to the kitchen or just dress up and eat out?"...Whatever it was I had to eat that morning had to contain generous amount of pepper...I said to myself.

Just one look at the blue filed log book,i singled out the "kitchen" number, glanced through the food menu and settled for noodles..So I dialled,it rang,and a female voice picked.

(The following conversation ensued)
Me : Hello,goodmorning...Am calling from room "203",can I have noodles for breakfast?

Female voice: Yes,goodmorning ma...What room again?..(Hian,is this girl deaf? Must I repeat myself??)

Me: Room 203 please!!...How do you guys prepare the noodles?
(am a noodle expert..I can make a noodle "hater" repent...lmao)

Female voice: Ma, we use vegetables...
(Huh? Vegetables???,i've used pumpkin leaf,scent leaf,carrots for noodles..)

Me: What kinda vegetable please???

Female voice:..Veggies ma..
(hahahaha,i muffled a laugh,this babe no understand my question ooo...OK scrap that,i can be a bush woman @ times..lmao)

Me: OK,how long is it gonna take and how much is it???

Female voice: 25 minutes ma..its N500 ma and extra N150 for room charge..
(25 minutes for what? For only noodles???..hehehhehe,i hope my tommy doesn't speak spanish before then)

Me: Ok am waiting...Errrm,please hold on...Add extra pepper please...

Female Voice: Ok ma...(yea,u heard me right,i love pepperish noodles)

And it took so long menh!!!...almost 40 minutes ooo before I heard a knock on the door...One sweet looking girl brought it an appetising plate of noodles...I paid her and tore the nylon off to eat
I scrutinised this noodles menh!!..i think I saw green pepper,red pepper,cabbage,onions,carrot and it tasted really good...

@least it was better than I expected though....I've eaten a lot of noodles but this one was goooooood!!!

No Extra Pounds This Xmas...

Merry Xmas to y'all... This pic cracked me up biggggggg timeeee...I was like "OMG, this could be me if am not careful with all the "eatables,choppables and drinkables"..I mean,it takes a whole lot of discipline to say a "BIG NO" to all the appetizing,palatable,delicious,sumptous and mouth-watering dishes today... Ebuka's Bride,Cynthia Obianodo stuns in bridal shower pics!!

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu  and  Cynthia Obianodo  are counting down to their white wedding.
