Woman removed breasts, toe from mutilated corpse: cops
Psychos abound!!!
A Tulsa, Okla. woman who is already facing five felony charges for allegedly interrupting a funeral to vandalize and cut the corpse is now also being charged for removing the dead woman’s breasts and a toe.
The gruesome-beyond-gruesome charge comes after prosecutors say they’ve learned the corpse was mutilated even worse than they initially believed, News on 6 reported Thursday.
“We are outraged and sickened,” the victim’s family said in a statement. “Every time we think this nightmare is over, something else comes out. It’s a never-ending, evil nightmare.”
Shaynna Sims, also known as Shaynna Smith, is out on bond for the alleged cadaver corruption, but prosecutors are now asking her bond be increased in light of the new charges.

Sims was arrested last week after the funeral for a woman identified only as “Tabatha,” who is said to be an old friend of Sims’ husband. Witnesses said they saw Sims with her hands in the coffin, and Tabatha’s body later a cut on the face, smeared makeup and no shoes.
Police found Sims with a folding knife, box cutter, scissors and makeup from the body.
The further defilement was found as the corpse was being prepared for cremation, police said.
Besides for several corpse-connected charges, Sims is also charged with first-degree burglary for breaking into the woman’s house after fleeing from the funeral. Police arrested her there.

Sims is already on a deferred sentence for assaulting a woman at the Tulsa County Courthouse, and she was charged with child neglect in February as well.
It’s still unclear what might have driven her to desecrate the corpse. Family members said Tabatha died of natural causes following a lengthy illness.

One of the masterminds of the October 2, 2015 twin bomb blasts in Kuje and Nyanya, two satellite towns in Abuja has pleaded guilty to one out of the five-count charges preferred against him by the Police. The suspect, Abdulwaheed Nasiru pleaded guilty of illegal possession of items used for manufacturing improvised explosive devices. The other suspects who pleaded not guilty to all the charges are Abdulazeez Muhazab, Ishaka Salihu, Mohammed Jimoh and Abdullahi Nasiru. Having pleaded not guilty to the charges, the prosecutor asked for a date to commence trial and November 17, 2015 was fixed for the commencement of the trial. Lawyer to the accused persons, Nureni Sulyman, who did not oppose the application for an early date to commence trial, however, pleaded with the court to remand the accused persons in prison custody.
