Acne Face mapping --- Recommendations.(health Talk)

Some of us have struggled with acne and serious breakouts,this post is to recommend solutions that'll take care of toxins and give us that smooth/healthy face we desire.
 Following the recommendations will help balance your hormones & flush out toxins that may contribute to constant Breakouts!
However if the acne has spread all around your face, I suggest you maintain a healthy lifestyle and above all visit a dermatologist for advice.
A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle can contribute to your general wellbeing. Lets take a look at the face parts and the healthy lifestyle they require below:

CHIN AND JAW
Reduce the habit of eating before bed
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
Get more rest
Get 20 mins of exercise each day
Sleep early and wake up early
Massage your body for relaxation
Practice proper hygiene

LIP AREA
Eat more fiber
Include more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet
Eat less spicy and fried foods
Massage abdominal area in a clockwise motion

RIGHT CHEEK
Avoid fast food and junk food
Avoid seafood or other foods you may be sensitive to
Eat less sugar
Get more fresh air
The lung is strongest at 7-9 AM. This is the best time for aerobic exercise
Practice proper hygiene

LEFT CHEEK
Maintain a normal daily routine
Try to keep a positive mood
Don't let your body overheat
Eat more cooling foods such as, water melons, and green beans
Don't over-eat
Try to de -compress and relax
The liver is the strongest from 1-3 AM. This is when you should be sleeping
The liver is weakest at 1-5 PM, so schedule difficult work for the morning
Practice proper hygiene

NOSE
Eat less pungent foods (spices, garlic, etc)
Eat less meat
Eat warm temperature foods (not too cold or hot)
Get more fresh air
Exercise everyday (like going for a walk)
Massage the area around your nose
Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin B



TEMPLES
Eat less processed food, junk food, and fast food
Reduce the amount of fat in your diet
Eat cooling foods like bitter melon, cucumbers



BETWEEN THE BROWS
Exercise, but avoid strenuous exercise
Get more sleep
Avoid alcohol
Avoid smoking

FOREHEAD
-Go to bed early (10pm) and wake up early (6am). Even if you can't fall asleep. it's good to relax so your liver can rest and be ready for work the next day
-Drink plenty of water
-20-30 minutes of light exercise every day, especially outdoors
-Practice relaxation techniques to worry less
-Get enough sleep with a regular sleep schedule
-Eat healthy foods, chewing thoroughly
-Better hygiene

Abuja Bomb Suspects Arraigned!!!

One of the masterminds of the October 2, 2015 twin bomb blasts in Kuje and Nyanya, two satellite towns in Abuja has pleaded guilty to one out of the five-count charges preferred against him by the Police. The suspect, Abdulwaheed Nasiru pleaded guilty of illegal possession of items used for manufacturing improvised explosive devices. The other suspects who pleaded not guilty to all the charges are Abdulazeez Muhazab, Ishaka Salihu, Mohammed Jimoh and Abdullahi Nasiru. Having pleaded not guilty to the charges, the prosecutor asked for a date to commence trial and November 17, 2015 was fixed for the commencement of the trial. Lawyer to the accused persons, Nureni Sulyman, who did not oppose the application for an early date to commence trial, however, pleaded with the court to remand the accused persons in prison custody. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu  and  Cynthia Obianodo  are counting down to their white wedding. The bride-to-be was hosted to a bridal shower by friends last night and we are loving the Great Gatsby theme of the night.
