The All Progressives Congress’ Vice presidential candidate in the forthcoming elections, Professor Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo became a year older yesterday!

The Nigerian Senior Advocate, Professor of Law and a Senior Partner at a law firm turned 58 yesterday and his beautiful daughter, Kiki celebrated her dad by sharing the photo below, saying: “My first love. Thanks for being the best role model and father. Showing us how much you cared and always making sure the family came first no matter the circumstance. I love you more than life itself. Happy birthday, daddy!”

Osinbajo and his wife, Oludolapo Osinbajo, a granddaughter of Obafemi Awolowo has three children. Osinbajo is a Senior Pastor and Motivational Speaker at the Olive Tree House of Prayer for All Nations on Banana Island, a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

When Osinbajo, a RCCG pastor and a professor with a clean slate and clear past, was unveiled to Nigerians on December 17,as the running mate of Rtd. Gen Muhammad Buhari, everyone was speechless. This is because most people had expected the APC to choose either Babatunde Raji Fashola, Rotimi Amaechi, Rochas Okorocha or another prominent politician as Buhari’s running mate.

Police Discovers 147 Bombs In Konduga.

The Borno State Police Command has revealed that it has uncovered a total of 147 bombs in Auno village in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State. Speaking to newsmen during a press conference in Maiduguri on Tuesday, the Borno State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Clement Adoda, said the bombs were uncovered at a location of about 27 kilometers from the Maiduguri, the Borno state capital. He said, “I am glad that at about 9am on Sunday, 147 unexploded cluster ordinances were recovered at about two kilometers away from Auno village, near Jakana, Konduga Local Government Area of Borno state.” Adoda added that a combined team of bomb disposal unit, policemen and troops, attached to Jakana general area, led by Capt. Daniel Yakubu, sighted the explosives, recovered and destroyed them in good time without injuries or damages to lives and property. The commissioner further explained that the state bomb disposal team had also recovered unexploded ordinance, suspected to have been launched
